After 3 years, I'm ready to give up on my Enterprise-D subscription
When the old company, Eaglemoss, went under, I got all the opt-in forms and emails from Fanhome as they were trying to spin up renewing our subscriptions that had died with Eaglemoss.
Something went wrong with me, though.
Emails to opt-in. Google forms. Calls to check how to subscribe and renew from issue 50. Website logins. May, June, July, August 2023. The website didn't have a renewal option; Customer Service agents told me variously that there was no such program; the program would be starting in a few months and was delayed; there had never been such a program; the program was coming soon and I should try again in three months; and then, from January 2024 onward, the program is closed and I missed my chance. $1000 up in smoke.
I've tried periodically since then. Called Customer Service. Tried to reach a manager (they just hang up on me). Emailed corporate.
Nadda.
$1000 up in smoke.
Anybody here suddenly decide their not interested in continuing their Enterprise-D subscription and willing to assign it to someone else?
