Help me plan my Malaysia Trip!

Very excited to be visiting Malaysia this August!

Hoping people in this sub-reddit might have some input on my trip. Right now, total blank canvas!

We are doing the following:

Kuala Lumpar 2 days (no hire car)

Mt Kinabalu Area 2 days (hire car) (not climbing the mountain due to time, just staying in the area)

Langkawi 4 days (hire car)

Kuala Lumpar 2 days (no hire car)

We are a young Muslim couple, we love adventure, nature, thrills (no skydiving lol, but things like quad biking are cool), amazing food, architecture and viewpoints.

What do you guys recommend? What are some must see/ do/eat things?
