Performance Icebreaker Patch [Discussion]

Has anyone else noticed degraded performance since the icebreaker patch? My frame times and overall performance were trending the right direction with the recent updates but this last one seems to have really messed things up for me. Bad stutters, lower fps and just overall less smooth gameplay on every map. Just wondering if anyone with similar specs have noticed the same? I’m going crazy trying to diagnose it but haven’t been able to.

My specs:
RTX 5070
Ryzen 9 9900x
64gb DDR5 - expo enabled
- 2tb ssd

In game settings:
Pretty much all high, DLSS Quality (k), LOD set to 2, Quality to 1000
