Modify an old tablet for my grandma to connect remotely

Hi. I want to give my grandma who is staying at a nursing home a tablet to ease her boredom.

She cant use any electronics, but what if i could connect remotely to it from my pc and just turn on her YouTube or Online TV? I also want to have video calls with her.

Is it possible?

If the previous one is, i also I want it to have some anti theft system installed (gps location, photo of the person logging, loud noise etc)

I want to buy some old Samsung, Huawei or some other tablet. I have a Samsung Tab E but im kind of nostalgic to give it away. I would have bought her something normal if i knew it wouldn't get stolen which could quite likely happen.
