Women are so homophobic
I live in a very homophobic country so I was originally DL purely for safety reasons and the typical worries about my family's opinions. I was raised straight and truly discovered my bisexuality in college and accepted it in life after that. Over time things have changed and in my 30's I find I'm no longer DL but with women I have a fear of being open and it ruining my chances because it already has a couple times. When I date women things go great, we hook up or continue hooking up on a regular basis until I tell them about my bisexuality and all of a sudden "it would be better if we were just friends"
This has happened with women I've just met, women I've known for a couple months and women I've known for years. They love that I'm into fashion, and creativity and I talk about their hair and I'm so good at communication and all things that are aspects of me being a bisexual man and not just some meathead but once they actually know I'm gay its kill all chances of us being something serious.
I find nowadays that women are the ones lashing out against gay men. They openly post memes about not wanting bi-men, joke about not wanting to touch "shitty" dicks, irrational extra fear of stds. They love having gay friends and claim to be so supportive of the community but wont date bisexual men.
Anyone have experience with this? Where women are way less accepting of gay men and bisexuality than they give off
