HELP A GIRL OUT!!

(TW: BODY SHAMING). Hi I was a competitive dancer who was coached by a UDA judge a few years ago and I need help to leave reviews under the studios page.

I am afraid that these people will come after me if I am the one to leave the review and I need Reddits help. The owner of the studio is classic mean girl. She tells her own students that they will never make high school teams and body shames them.

The studio was not very competitive we danced maybe 6 hours a week (most studios dance up to 20 hours a week.) She has maybe four employees tops and she never shows up to her own classes to teach. She also does not know how to help her students safely execute dance moves or tricks. My senior year at this studio my knees and wrists became injured along with my ankles due to her getting us to learn tricks based off of video only. She would then go sit at her desk and watch instagram reels while we were made to learn the tricks and if we didn't than we would be pulled from the routine.

At the beginning of the year my abusive ex had SA'd me and the cops got involved. I was speaking to police until around 1am and had dance the next morning at 7am. I had called my coach crying and saying I couldn't make it to dance and I will do anything and relearn the dance if needed. I arrived to dance during the week to find out I was pulled from the routine. (I understand if it was during competition season or a more competitive studio but given our situation it wasn't.) A girl on my team later started spreading rumors about me saying I had cheated on my ex and that was why I didn't show up to dance the morning I was removed from routines. THIS WAS NOT TRUE. The coaches became aware of the situation and made me apologize to the girl because I had given her "false information" I never told her about my ex bf period.

A couple months later I started dating a girl (wlw) and after my coaches found out I got removed from one of the dance routines and pushed to the back in others. I got bullied and sent an awful text by a girl on my team (let's call her K) and had asked my coaches for help on what I should do to stop the bullying. They again made me apologize to the girl who was bullying me because I made her "uncomfortable" and called her homophobic. I never called her homophobic however one of my "friends" did. I will call my friend J. J told me that K was homophobic and would make jokes about how she hated gay people. I would give a small smile and walk away because the conversations made me uncomfortable when it came to making fun of girls on my own team. J also told me K had sent her videos saying I was a bad dancer and didn't deserve to be in any of our dances. My coaches later cornered me in a hotel room while we were on a team trip and told me they didn't want to see the text that K had sent me and that it was irrelevant. They made me apologize to K because apparently the videos K sent were a lie. J lied to me about the whole thing and I expressed this to my coaches and they told me I was a liar and they wouldn't let me leave the hotel room until I apologized.

(At competitions anytime I would win they would tell me I didn't deserve it because I would always compete against K for solos.)

The girl I dated was on my dance team but we never made anyone uncomfortable (never kissed, hugged, anything in the studio or around the other girls). After we left the studio J sat outside of my gfs house in her car for HOURS. I sent her a text because I thought they had planned to hangout and said "hey she won't be out for awhile she's in an argument with her parents" She than sped off and sent me hateful messages. (J is also lgbtq however, she dated a 13 year old while she was 17 and none of us supported her relationship due to the age gap).

Time jump to now I still have friends in the studio and they asked me to come watch their competition. I went and watched and later received a text from a coach saying I make the girls uncomfortable and ruined the competition for them. They continued to send me texts so I had to block all of their numbers.

Please help me leave reviews on the studio and to the UDA page so that attention gets drawn to this!!!!!!!
