Resolution Issue

Ive recently encountered an issue on black ops 2. My resolution wont go past 1760x990. It happened right after I installed a new AMD Radeon RX7900 GRE. Ive tried for 2 days straight to fix it and ive gotten nowhere. I've tried everything i can think of.

Ive tried reinstalling the game, deleting ALL of my games files with steam cloud off and reinstalling, launching with custom command lines to set width and height, changing from HDMI to Display Port, deleting and reinstalling my graphics drivers, deleted files of RGedit, tried every single display setting on my PC, tried super resolution and even deleting every file that has anything to do with black ops 2 at all then reinstalling. It was working perfectly with my old RTX 3060.
