Help-Spouse Visa

Hello everyone! Posting here in hopes to get some insights/help regarding our situation.

My husband and I are planning on applying for my spouse visa (outside UK-Pakistan). Everything was going according to plan and we intended on applying via Category A.
For context: Husband has been working part-time since April 2025, in April 2026 he switched to full-time work (same job). This is his main job. He also started a second job in February 2026. We plan on showing 6 months of salary slips for the application (Feb-July 2026) and we meet the financial requirements.
Now, he just found out that his work place wants to take him on directly end of July 2026 (he is currently working through an agency) so his contract will change and so will the employer. Job will remain the same, only employer will change.

Has anyone been in the same situation before? What do you suggest we do? Our plans were to submit the application in August, but now we don’t think that would be possible. If we apply end of July, and if we ask his work place to wait at least a week to switch his contract, will it affect our application if my husband changes his contract after the application has been submitted? Will it affect the Visa application?
Is there any other way to go about this?
