PhilRx - anyone else have problems with them?

I've used them for several years to get the Cequa discount, but it's almost always been a struggle - they are late getting it to me. Recently, it was taking weeks for a refill and the website only said, "Waiting for insurance," which didn't make sense as my insurance hadn't changed. I finally contacted Phil and they said their pharmacy was out of stock, so they'll try another one, ie not an insurance issue at all. By then, I was without it for over a month. Now, it's another month while they try to get it from this other pharmacy.

Is PhilRx the only way to get the significant Cequa discount?
