Mcmahon-Helmsley Regime

When does the Mcmahon-Helmsley era end? it started off decently enough with matches like edge v christian, matt hardy v jeff hardy and the winners from those matches v the losers. i’m currently watching the last episode of Raw of 1999 and the quality has noticeably declined since HHH and Stephanie took over. That chocolate pudding match with Kitty and BB( i forgot who else was in it) was terrible. What was the point of Stephanie acting like she was turning face just to reveal she was still in cahoots with HHH? They were both already heels so i guess we were supposed to be shocked she played us or something. I was skeptical the whole time tho so the reveal kinda fell flat for me. Then when HHH put Rock and Mankind in the pink slip on a pole match i feel like HHH came up with that on the spot. Either that or he’s just bad on the mic. Also were HHH and Stephanie really calling shots or was Vince calling shots from behind the scenes? Either way i’m ready for it to end lol.
