Repair help

Help, I just bought this camera for our family trip and much of our video snorkeling will not play! I have tried a whole bunch of repair tools even the insta one and it just tells me “repair failed, not possible to fix.” Please tell me all is not lost, I can see the data some files are 5gbs. :(
