ECO370 with Robert Barber at UTM

I am trying to complete my Economics Major requirements this summer and am looking for an easy 3/4 level economics course. I am currently in a full year economics course as well so I do not want this other course to put more pressure on me.
I want to know the difficulty level for the ECO370 course and professor. Any feedback would be appreciated!!
