When Tony called Adriana telling her that Christopher was in the hospital, why didn’t she call her F.B.I handler before Silvio picked her up to let her know?

Adriana got the call from Toby that Christopher was in the hospital but was going to pull through, why didn't she call Danielle and the FBI agents and tell her that Tony called her and said that Christopher tried to kill himself?

This allows the FBI to find out and check it out, even if Adriana takes off and disappears Tony becomes a prime suspect after the hospital confirms that Christopher is not there and never was after she vanished, Silvio being mental picking her up gets major questioning too, too bad she didn't tell the FBI Tony called her and sent Silvio before she left.
