HOW DO I FIND A ROOM RENT IN NIAGARA (PLEASE HELP)

Hi, I am a uni student who lives in Hamilton, but recently I got an 8-month co-op in Niagara-on-the-Lake.

This is my FIRST ever time leaving my parents' house, and I have zero knowledge about renting. Here's a few list of things I would like to ask experts:

• What website is commonly used to look for rent in the Niagara region?

• What is the average price range for rooms in Niagara?

• What should I be careful to avoid fraud?

• Useful tips?

I am aiming to get a private room in an apartment!

Thank you for your time and information
