Friend stopped talking to me when they got a bf

She barely reaches out or calls or checks in. Just sends the occasional social media meme. Her boyfriend is her whole personality now even though I always made time for her when I had a relationship and she would tag along with me and my boyfriends. She will tell me I’m her best friend she loves me bla bla then ditch me any time a guy shows her some attention. Do I confront her about this or just distance myself?
