Starting Arabic from scratch, where do I begin?

I’m a complete beginner and hoping to start learning Arabic seriously, in shaa Allah. I had a few questions and would really appreciate any advice from those who have been through this journey.

What apps, textbooks, YouTube channels, or other resources would you recommend for someone just starting out?

Are there any Arabic TV shows, cartoons, podcasts, or other forms of media that helped you improve your listening skills?

Which form of Arabic would you suggest learning first? Fusha?** **or a specific dialect? If a dialect, which one and why?

For context, my main goals are understanding the Qur’an better, improving my ability to communicate with Arabic speakers, and building a long-term foundation in the language.

Any tips on what you wish you had done differently as a beginner would also be greatly appreciated!
