FH6 running at 900p despite my video settings

Hi all, running FH6 on Windows 11, Ryzen AI Max+ 395. When I first got the game I'm pretty sure I was able to run it pretty crappily at 4K and reasonably well at 1440p. Recently, though, (for at least 2 weeks) it always launches at 900p. If I enable FSR in AMD Adrenalin, it will upscale to my 4k screen and look decent, but even when I disable FSR and set the resolution to 2160p in FH6 settings, it only launches in 900p. It seems to be ignoring the video settings in the game entirely. I also enabled HDR, but Windows isn't showing the game to be actually activating it. I'm on the latest 26.6.1 AMD drivers and FH6 is up to date. Anyone else seeing this or have a solution?
