Enhanced Tracking Protection - Google Sign In Prompt

With Enhanced tracking protection(the default settings) websites continue to show the sign in with google prompt pop up, even if you are signed into your google account and have the option disabled in your settings.

How can I stop this with uBlock Origin? I have all the extra filters enabled, and this apparently does nothing.
