Bad anxiety & very emotional after first dose of Xyway

Hello again & thank you all so much for all the help!

I took my first dose(s) of Xywav last night and I have been feeling progressively worse throughout the day. I feel worse than before the Xywav and I am very very emotional (not typical). I keep feeling very sad and just don’t feel “right”. All my muscles are cramping and I am struggling to drink/eat. I cant seem to collect my thoughts when typing this or talking to my boyfriend. I am also pretty nauseous and feel a bit disoriented.

Has anyone had symptoms like this after the first day of Xywav? I am so worried that I will not be functional for work on Monday if these effects linger.
Since it’s a weekend, I can’t call the doctor and I am unsure if I should continue with it.
