/SALARY/WAGE : $1,000.00 PURE USD / Month (Premium Stable Base Pay)
Location: 100% Remote (International / Foreigners Heavily Encouraged to Apply)
Position Type: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week), High-Autonomy Executive Leadership Role
📋 MANDATORY CORE RESPONSIBILITY: WHAT YOU ARE MANAGING & CHECKING
Before applying, you must understand that Apex Launch Logistics delivers high-ticket, premium, productized e-commerce writing packages. You do not need to do the writing yourself, but you must possess an expert, flawless eye for e-commerce conversion copywriting. You are the ultimate gatekeeper of quality. You will oversee a dedicated crew of 4 writers, and you are 100% responsible for proofreading, editing, and verifying every single asset to ensure ZERO errorsbefore delivery.

Your 4 writers are specialized E-Commerce Direct-Response Copywriters. They do not write creative poetry or generic essays. They write text engineered to do one specific thing: make consumers click and buy products. They must use structured templates, high-converting hooks, and formatting frameworks to maximize daily output velocity.
U must know how to DO AND CHECK THIS or you will be disqualified

1. What the 4 Writers Do (The Deliverables)
Every month, your writer crew produces a strict "boxed" package of exactly 112 digital assets for our clients:

•    40 Paid Ad Scripts: 60-second video scripts for Meta/TikTok, featuring high-converting hooks, visual cues, and clear calls-to-action (CTA).
•    20 Email Marketing Flows: E-commerce sales campaigns, abandoned cart sequences, and automated customer welcome flows.
•    12 Deep SEO Product Guides: Long-form, value-packed educational blog posts (1,500+ words) designed to drive organic buyer traffic to stores.
•    40 Short-Form Platform Post Text Assets: Punchy, high-engagement captions and copy for social media platforms like Instagram and Twitter.
2. What YOU Must Check and Manage (The Zero-Error Audit)
You will review the writers' outputs on Trello and run them through a strict verification process. You must check for:

•    Zero Grammar/Spelling Mistakes: Every asset must feature flawless, native-level American English punctuation, spelling, and phrasing.
•    Hook and CTA Alignment: Ensure every ad script has a powerful "scroll-stopping" hook in the first 3 seconds and a clear conversion CTA at the end.
•    Formatting Compliance: Verify that all text matches our agency's strict layout templates, character counts, and client brand guidelines.
•    Plagiarism & AI Vetting: Run all content through verification tools to guarantee the work is original, heavily fact-checked, and perfectly polished.
👑 THE EXECUTIVE EXPECTATION: 100% HANDS-OFF OWNER
Let’s be completely transparent: the Founder of Apex Launch Logistics is entirely hands-off. This business is engineered as a system-dependent machine—meaning the owner does not write, does not manage, does not pitch, and does not handle operations. You are being hired specifically so the owner does not have to lift a finger. You must have the executive maturity to run this entire company autonomously. If you are a dependent worker who needs constant hand-holding, supervision, or the owner’s approval to solve basic problems, do not apply. You answer the questions, you solve the crises, you manage the writers, and you keep the client happy. Your job is to protect the owner's total freedom while we distribute your high-value USD salary every single month.
🚀 THE OPPORTUNITY & LIFE TRANSFORMATION
International and foreign professionals are heavily encouraged to apply. If you are an elite, high-performing operational leader currently trapped in a corporate call center or stuck under low local salary ceilings, this is the exact breakout vehicle you have been waiting for. We do not pay in weak local currencies; we distribute premium, stable United States Dollars (USD) directly to your account. Working alongside a visionary founder at this level will completely redefine your financial baseline, upgrade your lifestyle, and change your life. We are looking for the absolute top 1% of managerial talent to step into the driver’s seat. If you have the drive to manage an elite operation, we have the USD currency capital to reward your dominance.
YOUR PRIMARY EXECUTION RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Director of Agency Operations, you are the ultimate protector of our quality standards and growth velocity. Your pipeline includes:

1    The Talent & Interview Engine: You will post our pre-built job listings to source our premium team of 4 dedicated e-commerce copywriters. You will administer our custom technical tests, run the initial screening interviews, check their native-level English writing skills, and present only the absolute top-tier finalists to the Owner for a quick 5-minute final sign-off.
2    The High-Volume Lead Engine: You will act as the sole Closer and Setter for this business during the initial launch phase. You will set up our free outbound software tools and ensure exactly 125 high-ticket outbound pitches are deployed to e-commerce brands every single week without exception until our first major contract is secured.
3    Team Protection & Onboarding: You will enforce the agency's strict compliance guidelines, handle team communication, and fully train replacement hires using our automated offboarding checklists if a worker ever leaves with a mandatory 7-day notice period.
WHAT WE REQUIRE

•    Platform & Sourcing Mastery: Proven experience working directly with e-commerce databases, technology scrapers, and hiring platforms like StoreLeads.app, BuiltWith.com, Upwork, and LinkedIn Jobs to extract, target, and pitch brands that actively NEED content hires.
•    Target Revenue Filtering: Absolute capability to screen, isolate, and target only mid-to-enterprise level e-commerce brands making a certain established salary bracket—specifically 7-figure and 8-figure brands generating between $2 Million and $20 Million in annual revenue.
•    Minimum 2+ years of experience managing remote teams, digital agencies, or high-volume customer accounts.
•    Absolute mastery of project management tools (Trello, Slack, Google Drive, Notion).
•    A rock-solid, quiet workspace with a high-speed internet connection and a backup power solution.
•    The capability to follow exact structural recipes, enforce deadlines, and communicate metrics clearly to the Owner.
•    A high-energy, solutions-oriented mindset—you don't bring the Owner problems; you bring the Owner executed solutions. \[1, 2\]
