fan rgb uncontrollable

Ever since I switched off to go on vacation, I came back and everything is good. It’s just that I can’t adjust my RGB for my fans my 360 mm radiator fans and the two chassis fans. Not sure why this happened. I tried to uninstall armory crate. I tried different RGB software, but nothing worked.
