what happens in a healthy relationship

I've only ever been in high conflict relationships where we're either fighting/arguing or resolving the argument and the times when we're not, we're corny/cheesy or intimate/vulnerable with each other etc or have deep heart to heart conversations (basically trying to make the most of the good time before we argue again)

"normal" things and moments were rare

i lost sight of what it is like in a healthy relationship. i fear that I'll find a normal healthy relationship boring and intentionally try to create problems/conflict because that's the only relationship I've known. I'm so used to constantly being on the verge of trying to hold the relationship together.

i wanna heal before even thinking of getting into another relationship.

what do people do or talk about and do together?

what does a week look like for those in a healthy relationship?

those who have been in conflict filled relationships and healthy ones, how does it differ? and how did you accept that the relationship is okay and not damaged or lack passion because the constant arguments and intense conversations aren't there?
