What's the best way to restart?

I have a level 96 spark storm Weaver with cast on crit comet what's the best way to get back into the game My equipment is pretty good but I guess has been nerfed or something. My storm lever spark only does something like 8K damage somehow it used to do hundreds of thousands of damage I'll be honest it's tough for me I can probably only do like an hour or two of grinding at night if I do come back but just curious if anybody has any ideas and how to restart or what the best way to go is.
