Really torn about getting a Luna Ultra or X5

I know these are two very different products, but I’m leaning more toward the Luna Ultra because of the cinematic footage and the ability to quickly create short video clips. My main concern is that I live in Alberta, where temperatures are below 0°C for nearly half the year. The Luna Ultra’s specifications list an operating temperature range of 0°C to 40°C. Would it still be suitable to bring on winter adventures, or could the cold weather cause issues?
