Esc not working

I just got the injora brushed mb 100 g2 esc and once I turned it on and the green light was solid, it just started flashing and It won't connect to the app to access the settings.

I have spent over two hours trying to connect via Bluetooth and it absolutely will not connect.

If anyone has experience with this model and knows how to fix the problem, I would greatly appreciate any help you can offer.
