Sock Yarn

I've been going through my stash, looking for what might be suitable for socks. I've found some that is 93% wool and 7% nylon. Do you think this would be enough to get decent wear? They'll primarily be house socks. I've made a few pair socks out of what I had on hand, but alas, it was all 100% wool, so as you can imagine, they didn't last too long. Thanks for any insights!
