151 guide book

I’m trying to get a guide book for 151 for my daughter. She likes to collect sets. We have a few blooming waters and other packages to rip but the etbs are too expensive for ripping. The guide books are kinda spendy on eBay for what they are. We have two upcs and one has a small tear in the plastic. Do the guide books come in those? What’s the best way to get a guide book without spending a ton?
