Driving fast the only thing that feels good

Jerking off and sex arent even that pleasurable for me anymore.I hit carts daily (usually before bed), short drives infuriate me, the only thing that I genuinely enjoy anymore is taking it out onto some technical roads and just whipping it. Im not too concerned about the outcome. Anybody else relate to this?
