Getting legal help on online defamation on Instagram

So this guy I used to see almost 10 years ago has posted 3 posts about me following and chasing his stepdaughter and family on the girl's birthday. He used an incident involving me to try to "prove" this happened when I had no idea that the girl's birthday was that day and I have never seen her before.

He is also obscuring the fact that hes the person running this instagram account and hes trying to use himself as an anonymous source.

On top of that, hes accusing my Black ass of being a Nazi sympathizer and telling people where me and my family live. He has taken down the posts before but he has since republished them.

He uses his baby's likeness to garner sympathy and support online for himself and his family and pits his baby against his ex partner.

I want to sue or at least give a cease and desist order but I'm unemployed and in need of money. The account holder has blocked me too.

He's spreading lies about his non binary ex romantic partner harassing a trans woman into the point of suicide. Its low that he would use someone else's tragedy and his own daughters in this matter.

How can I clear my name and get justice without breaking the bank?
