yeast infection or uti?

i’m 10 days post partum, i’m extremely sensitive to feminine products, but i wore depends with my first while i was bleeding, and did the same for my second (current). well now i think i have a yeast infection or uti, or maybe both. it burns when i pee but is itchy and uncomfortable in my vaginal opening. worst part is it’s saturday and my ob is closed. what can i do to get some comfort until i can make an appt with my ob. i’m SO uncomfortable. the good thing is im no longer bleeding so i discontinued using the depends.
