Distilled water needed for nasal sprays if ur Aussie and have good tap water?

Making nasal sprays of various things and people say you need distilled water but in Australia our water is clean af and I snort it all the time and haven’t got any brain eating amoeba yet???

Bcus I think all the flint michigan Americans might have been the ones recommending this i may return it

Or surely just boil tap water?
