STRUGGLES I MAY HAVE TO FACE

I am thinking of studying in germany 2027 semester but i will be 17 and wont be 18 till 25th of september . Can i study in a uni directly cause i am doing A levels and also what struggles will i face cause i heard it hard to find places and if i am not 18 like will i have problems finding apartments before arriving in germany . What problems would i face??
