What do you all think of the Canadian accent?

What do you all think of the Canadian English accent? I'm often told I have a very strong Canadian accent. I do believe I sound like I am from our east coast when I'm speaking English (Thank TV and working class life/friendships for that), Americans think I am Irish haha! But sooo many people say they can't hear the difference between Canadian and American accents...
