Purchasing a Sezane bag (£90ish) - should I be concerned about authenticity?

I’ve been eyeing this bag since a long time and I keep seeing it come onto the app for £90ish (retails £350+) and I was wondering if I should be concerned about its authenticity?

Also the description says ‘new without tags’ but the photo has tags in the image - not necessarily shady but just wondering if that’s usual (I’ve also asked the seller)

The seller has a very good rating.
