wish Nikkis "love" for Bear

Genuine question, was Nikki embodying the people that loved bear the most or was she embodying the people that bear loved the most because Bears wish was for Nikki to love him more than anything in the world so wouldn't it make sense if Nikki embodied the things that loved bear the most that's why she mimicked his cats movements and dressed and gave herself similar tattoos to Sarah because they loved him more than anything. Im sorry if my wording is confusing.
