Pikachu Zekrom Gx for expanded

I've been trying the expanded format for a while and tried to play Zekrom&pikachu tag team deck (Pikarom for short).
I wasn't able to find recent Pikarom decks, and I think it's pretty obvious that nobody runs this deck anymore because of the power creep.
I've been searching for some old decks, and came up with this:
Deck Pikarom
It has given me mixed results.
I hope anyone that has more experience with deckbuilding could give me advice. I know Pikarom is not the best mon to build around, but I want to see how it comes up.
