Lip syncing at P21

How do y’all feel about how common it is for the girls at p21 to lip sync while dancing (whether it’s a combo or on stage at a competition). I find it interesting because I don’t see it happening as openly in other dance studios, in fact it’s commonly discouraged. I personally don’t mind it but a lot of people do and find it very distracting.
Can this affect their scores?
