2i2 mk2 and Windows 11 crackling sound

I've recently upgraded my laptop and this new one has Windows 11 (previously on using 10), every so often I suddenly start getting this crackling sound over my monitors (like a dodgy guitar cable or connection when it moves) when using my 2i2 mk2, it goes away if I unplug it from the laptop then plug it back in but it will happen again soon after, maybe every 10-20 minutes I haven't actually timed it.

Is anyone else having this or similar issues? I'm using the latest drivers from focusrite. I know 11 has a lot of issues but I was unfortunately forced to upgrade due to hardware failure on the old laptop
