Leash Reactivity

Hello! My husband and I recently adopted a almost two year old standard poodle from our local shelter. She is the sweetest thing and is so gentle and well behaved at home! The only problem is that when we take her out she is so reactive! To people, dogs, anything that moves basically. She jumps and pulls very aggressively on the leash. We are overwhelmed and really badly want to take her into public, hike, and just take her places. Anyone had experiences like this with their dog? We are currently in training with positive reinforcement. Any tools or helpful tips?
