How safe is my ps3 from the new TOS?

I always disable syscalls (obviously) before signing in. I don't pirate any games nor cheat. The only thing i modified on my ps3 was installing custom minecraft skins, and getting the old ps3 startup, gameboot, and homescreen. I'm also on 4.91 and bypassed the update prompt by replacing ps3-updatelist.txt with a modified one on /dev_hdd0
