What happened before Ben got involved?

The Mansell / BAM dispute was ongoing long before Ben got involved from my understanding. The store manager lady from the first video certainly acts like a store manager lady on the first encounter right up until Mansell is name dropped. Then she genuinely acts threatened. She is never implicated in the theft.

I am wondering: was there harassment from gen-pop of the LEGO community before Ben got involved? Is it possible that there is some truth to the claims of death threats to store employees before Ben arrived? I agree 1,000% that is not Ben’s or Mansell’s style. I do believe there are idiots on the internet, those idiots may have taken it upon themselves to “advocate” for Brian, and those prior actions may have been incorrectly attributed to Ben when he got involved.

I don’t think BAM is right at all for the record. Just trying to understand what seems to be unreasonable reactions.
