Is Batman just as crazy as the villains?

I suppose they are the reason why he keeps being Batman & they make him crazy dealing with their antics & messing with his head. Especially Joker & Scarecrow, Scarecrow with his different serums & Joker's antithesis to Batman's ideology.

Without them he could of just fought crime for a while until the GCPD deals with the aftermath & he could of lived a somewhat normal CEO life. We are who we surround ourselves with.
