New Cat Hasn’t Eaten in 50 Hours

Hi all,

I adopted a cat on Thursday evening and brought her home around 5:30 PM. Since then, she’s acclimated extremely well. She’s drank, used the litter box, played with a wand toy, and explored my room and her new cat tree. She’s currently sleeping on my bed. The only thing concerning me is she hasn’t eaten anything since the morning of her adoption day.

I have tried giving her dry food, Fancy Feast pate and appetizers, Tiki Cat shreds, Churus, and freeze dried shrimp. She seems much more interested in human interaction and exploring than she does food.

I plan on bringing her to the vet if she doesn’t eat by tomorrow (Sunday) morning. Any tips?
