My friend and I are looking for a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in the Champaign–Urbana / UIUC area for a short-term lease starting around August 2026 through roughly March–May 2027 (we’re flexible on exact end date).

We’re currently exploring options early, so anything available or upcoming would be really helpful!

What we’re looking for:

• Lease term: Aug 2026 → ~Mar/May 2027 (short-term / sublease / lease takeover all fine)
• Location: No need to be close to campus (we’re open to further areas)
• Unit type: 2B2B entire apartment
• Priorities:
  • Hardwood floors preferred
  • Parking space / garage strongly preferred
  • Spacious layout (larger living area preferred)
  • Newer building / updated amenities is a plus

We’re clean, responsible tenants. Flexible with move-in details and willing to act fast if we find a good fit.
