Good deal or am I missing something on this JB23W?

Found this 1999 JB23W 4WD manual on Car From Japan — comes out to around $4k to port. I haven't imported any vehicles before, but I've got everything lined up I believe, Ijust want to make sure the deal itself isn't too good to be true.

Main things I'm unsure about:

• No auction grade on the listing, is that a red flag?
• Any known issues with early JB23Ws I should watch for?
• Anyone used Car From Japan before? Worth it or better to go direct auction?

I work from home so going to use it to run errands on the weekend in South Florida, nothing crazy.
