Do they not make any decent ergonomic mice? MX Master is too heavy for all day productivity work. Any suggestions?

I have the MX Master 3S and have been using it for a few years now. It's good, but it's not great because of how heavy it is. My work has changed in the last few months and I'm using a mouse more than before.

I tried the Keychron out but the quality just wasn't there. Any suggestions what I should check out?
