is there some ritual or something for justice?

I suspect my grandmother and cousin conspired to kill my cat. They hate me because I exposed him as a degenerate, and she's heartless. They're rotten to the core. I suspect it was them, and I'd like to know if there's any kind of ritual, spell, or prayer to ensure justice is served, that they're forced to take responsibility for their actions and don't get away with it! I don't want to harm them; I just want justice to be served.
