Security (keeping my data safe)

Hello guy i don't know if this is the right place to post this but here i am

I work for the government and in my job your phone could get you in jail after losing your job over a photo of a woman on your phone

Even small talk with women (facebook insta snap WhatsApp) chats could lead to many questions

I bought a phone 3 years ago for work and i intended to keep it (clean) but it was hard.

Does anyone have any suggestions? (Technical suggestions like buying a certain phone or having certain programs)

My job requires me to be at work all day everyday for 6 days a week so being without a phone is a no-no
