Help, Question, Bird Mites

Hello everyone, I need help getting rid of bird mites that have somehow made their way into my room. This is the second time that this has happened. 2 years ago I also had them, but as soon as I started spraying everything with 91% isopropyl alcohol they seemed to go away. I found two on my face today and one in my hair; I can’t live like this lol. But I need help on repelling them specifically. I know how to kill them with the spray but it doesn’t repel them with any residual effects. Does anyone know any way to repel/prevent them from coming back.
