Got a 2008 Giant TCR Composite 3 for $270. Can you inspect my photos for hidden issues?

First road bike ever. Trying to see if I like the sport without spending a fortune, so I am wanting to do all the labor myself.

My planned DIY list:

• Replace shot tires and uneven brake pads.
• Fix rear brake rub and adjust lever tension.
• Slightly true both wheels.
• Deep clean and re-lube the drivetrain.

Looking at the photos, does anything stand out as a hidden issue or a major roadblock to servicing this myself? Thanks!
